Returns and Exchanges
We want you and your furry friend to LOVE the products you ordered and we stand behind the quality of every item made. Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns are for an Alex And Andy (E-Credit code) only that you will apply to checkout when ordering your new item. The customer is in charge of placing a new order for the new item which will include the E-Credit code for checkout. Alex And Andy offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping (both to and from Alex And Andy) and ensuring the product is shipped back correctly to Alex And Andy. The cost of original shipping will not be refunded in your E-credit code.
United States Return Policy
Alex And Andy gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Alex And Andy E-Gift Card code) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Alex And Andy offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 5 DAYS of delivery. Proof of damage in the form of photos will be requested in order to receive a refund. If declared a refund, the shipping cost of your original order will be deducted from the total cost of your refund. Your refund will include the price/cost of the items you ordered, not the original shipping cost. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be fully processed.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items: Hair Wraps, Scrunchies, Face Covers/Masks
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving the item, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing, bandanas, products caused by improper care of handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, lighting, resolutions, or stock availability. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the customer will pay return shipping if we receive the item and find that it does not fit within our defect/damaged return policy. Returned merchandise will be processed for an Alex And Andy E-Gift Card code ONLY.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and ensuring the product is shipped back correctly to Alex And Andy.
Start your return/exchange process by filling out the form below. The customer is in charge of paying the return shipping through choice of your own shipping method. You must include the order slip you received in your original order for all items being returned. Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase amount to an Alex And Andy E-Gift Card code sent to the email address you used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and sent back to you.
International Return Policy

Alex And Andy gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to an international address for a store credit (Alex And Andy E-Gift Card code) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and ensuring the product is shipped back correctly to Alex And Andy. The customer is responsible for ordering a new replacement and using the correct E-Gift Card code during checkout, which will deduct the cost of the item.
Returned merchandise will be processed for an Alex And Andy E-Gift Card code ONLY.
